Leads are priced per service and per tier — flat-rate exclusive leads typically run $25–$125, shared leads less. You see the price before you buy. No subscription.
Before a lead reaches you, a live dispatcher has called the homeowner and confirmed they own the property, the project is real, the timeline is reasonable, and the budget fits the scope.
Flag it in your dashboard. Wrong number, duplicate, non-homeowner, or fake details qualify for a replacement credit, reviewed within 24 hours.
Once your license and insurance are verified (usually within 48 hours), you start receiving matched leads in your service area as soon as homeowners submit them.
